Vegan 5 Minutes Easy

Blueberry Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Organic Blueberries
  • 1 tbsp Agave Nectar or Maple Syrup
  • 1 tbsp Sunflower seeds
  • 1 tbsp Pumpkin seeds
  • 1 package of Spiru-tein protein powder or 1 scoop of your favorite protein powder
  • 8 oz Plant based Milk

Instructions

  1. Add all of the ingredients into the blender except the sweetener
  2. Blend for 2-3 minutes or until it has a smooth consistency
  3. Add Sweetener in and blend for another 30-60 seconds
  4. Pour and enjoy
