Vegan 25 Minutes Beginner

A good meal brings family and friends to the table especially a flavorful pasta dish! In this vegan seafood pasta dish we decided to try out a few new seasonings that would give it a different flavor. Adding seaweed to your pasta sauce and pairing it with Gardein’s fish fillets was a winner. This meal is a good place to start if you aren’t a regular chef either. Seafood Pasta


  • Fish fillets:
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 Tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 Tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1 Cup of Water
  • 1 Bag Gardein Golden Fishless Filets
  • Tomato Sauce:
  • 3 Tomatoes
  • 1 Qt Seaweed
  • 1 Tsp of Cilantro
  • ½ Cups of Mushrooms
  • ½ of Oil


    For The Sauce
  1. Dice tomatoes
  2. Chop Cilantro, and Mushrooms
  3. Crush seaweed into small pieces
  4. Mix tomatoes, cilantro, and seaweed into bowl
  5. Pour oil with a pinch of salt into pan and add mushrooms to sautee
  6. Add tomato, cilantro, and seaweed mixture to pan
  7. Add 1 cup of water and reduce to medium heat
  8. Stir frequently for 3 minutes
  9. For The Fish
  10. Place Gardein Golden Fishless Filets in a container and drizzle oil, black pepper, cayenne, italian seasoning and mix allowing all the seasoning to get on each filet
  11. Cook on 400 degrees in oven for 15 minutes (until fish is crispy brown)
